Accessibility
How this website is kept usable for everyone and how to report a barrier.

storylinki aims to make storylinki.info usable on any device, in any browser and with any assistive technology. This statement sets out what has been done, which shortcomings remain and how to report a problem.
Our approach
Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate project. Whenever a page is added or the design is changed, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, operated with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under storylinki.info.
Information in another form
If a page on storylinki.info does not work for you, the same information can be obtained without using the website. We can be reached by telephone on 01305 264817, by email at hello@storylinki.info and by post at 14 Cornwall Mews, Dorchester DT1 1UE. On request we will forward the content of a page in another form, for example as a plain text document.
Conformance
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is currently partially conformant: most content meets the guidelines, while the points listed below do not yet. Where a requirement cannot be met right away, we provide the information in another way.
Feedback
If you come across a barrier on this website, or cannot find information you need, please tell us by email at hello@storylinki.info or by telephone on 01305 264817. It helps to name the page, describe what happened and mention the browser or assistive technology you used; we aim to answer within five working days.
Limitations we know of
A number of illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject instead of describing it in detail.
Measures taken
The site is built from semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, one main heading per page and descriptive link texts. The main content and the navigation are marked as separate regions, and every page declares its language for screen readers. Informative images have text alternatives, decorative ones are marked as such.
Text and background colours are combined to reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 for body copy, links and buttons. Because sizes are given in relative units, zooming or increasing the browser font size does not disturb the layout. The website can be operated with a keyboard alone.
Preparation and review
The present statement is dated 19 October 2026 and rests on a self-assessment carried out by storylinki, not on an external audit. We examined the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves, using a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader. We review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
